Application Checklist
Gainesville Preparatory Schol is excited that you are considering us for your child's education! Our application process is designed to allow you and us to prayerfully consider your student(s) fit at Gainesville Prep by gathering information from various perspectives that paint a holistic picture. An application is not complete until we have received all of the required forms below AND the $125 non-refundable application fee has been paid.
Once, we have a complete application, we will move to the next step, scheduling your student for admissions testing. This is a key step in understanding your student(s) academic progress and allowing us to make the best decision on acceptance and/or placement in the proper classes here at GPS. If at any step, we feel like GPS is not a good fit for your student we will immediately notify you.

Complete the online application form here. At the end of the application, please upload the required documents.
Note: All references and high school transcripts must be sent to the school directly by email (randy@gainesvilleprep.com) or mail.

Pay the $125 application fee at this link. The application will now be reviewed and brief admissions testing will be scheduled by our Head of School, Randy Boswell.

The last step is a family interview with parents of students K-5 and with parents and students that are entering 6-12. This will be a chance to get to know one another further, discuss the commitment both parties are making and for at least one parent to share their testimony of Christ with the Head of School and admissions committee

Acceptance letters will be sent via e-mail. The $125 application fee will be deducted from the 2023-2024 school year registration fee.
In the case that your student is not accepted, we will let you know the reason(s) via writing and will be happy to have a follow-up discussion.
